• done on conda
• maybe shouldnt use poetry so its more universal across environments

tried to replicate and install worked, but poetry was from homebrew not conda env

We officially no longer support conda in AgentStack projects. UV is now the default package manager.

If you want to use it and can get it to work, by all means, but its not default :)
