This patch is in newer branches, however when building latest kirkstone, this will fail as well. Fixes #1270

This packageconfig has been removed from oe-core via commit 25ea8753e2d1dc4e1aa01b4800da532ca1aecec7 therefore adjust

3ec1f30ebba498566d4b266168e1faf182a38fb8 is still in the commit message. Am I missing something?
