Updates various Python dependencies (litellm, starlette, langgraph, langchain, etc.) to address security vulnerabilities reported by Dependabot. Also fixes a bug in the docker-env-cli-stdout sample.

- Updated poetry dependencies in multiple projects
- Fixed pyproject.toml configuration errors in testdata
- Downgraded deepeval in samples/evaluation to compatible version and fixed integration test
- Addressed CVEs in protobuf, urllib3, aiohttp, langchain-core, litellm, starlette, langgraph-checkpoint
