This release modernizes the appearance of DotDash Keyboard.

• Keyboard graphics are now based on the Holo theme
• Cheat sheets and settings screen use system theme
• Pretty unicode characters used for dot and dash (with fallback to ASCII available)
• Better graphics for large screens
• Potentially confusing "abc" label on the shift/caps-lock (which led some users to believe that it was the button for switching keyboard modes) has been replaced with the word "caps/Caps/CAPS"

Additionally this release fixes a NullPointerException that some phones were throwing in rare circumstances.

Version 1.1.7 adds support for a whole bunch of punctuation marks useful in emoticons and programming.
