Changelog:
- Added new configuration option that allows the use of nds-bootstrap (https://github.com/ahezard/nds-bootstrap) for .nds loading. This bring some dldi compatibility without flashcard. release 0.0.1 of nds-bootstrap is included.
The ini file have been moved to SD://_nds/hbmenu.ini.
The "R4" cia is if you want the ability to access original R4's MicroSD as well. You don't need this unless you own an original R4 and want to launch things from it.
