Here you can find some templates to use as a hero image for your article.
You just need to have a canva account. Choose the category your article is related to, then click on any template you like to edit.
The categories available for now:
- Download the image in a PNG format.
- If you can't find an illustration that suits your article, click here.
- If you still can't find a good one, create your own here.
This part will help the Section EngEd members to create amazing designs and provide them for the community to use:
- Go to Canva.
- Click on create a design.
- Click on custom size.
- Make Width=600 and Height=400.
- Create the design you want.
- When you are done, add the Section logo to the left or right corner of your design. Click here to download the logo.
After creating your design, you have to make it as a template. Click on share then share the link to use as a template. And copy the link.
Also, you need to download the design.
Once you have successfully forked over to your repository:
- You should notice your username in the upper left-hand corner (top red arrow).
- If a GitHub Action notice pops up, click Dismiss (red arrow in the middle).
First of all, you need to choose which category your template is related to. If it is not related to any existing one, then please create a new folder with the category name.
Second, upload your template inside the category folder. Please make sure to follow the numbering structure. For example, if the last template has the name Template 5
then your template should have the name Template 6
.
Third, edit the README.md file inside that category to match the following example:
