As an inspector, I want the label inspection form to include the guaranteed analysis title

Description

The guaranteed analysis sections must now include a title. The guaranteed analysis title was not previously captured in the schema and needs to be added to reflect the new requirements.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add a title field to the guaranteed_analysis sections to indicate whether it is minimal.
• Ensure this field applies to both French and English (fr and en) versions of the guaranteed_analysis sections.
