AppVeyor will (eventually) be replaced with GitHub Actions in this project.
Rich presence will return for Revolt in the future. Discord support is not currently planned to be further supported by me. Other contributors may take up the reins, though.

Changes the branding of the project in three ways:
Removes the AppVeyor config, as we're probably going to use GitHub Actions, to stay within the GitHub scope.
Disables Discord rich presence, because I have no intention of maintaining it. (This can be reversed in the future if another contributor wishes to maintain it.)
I plan to add Revolt rich presence as soon as possible.
