[PR #7454/878ac7d2 backport][3.9] Ignore new deprecation message from setuptools.

This is a backport of PR #7454 as merged into master (878ac7d).

What do these changes do?

In setuptools 67.5.0+ (since pypa/setuptools@a1aeda3), a new DeprecationWarning is emitted whenever pkg_resources is imported, which we need to ignore during tests.
