[EPIC] Source Bing Ads to Beta

The main purpose of this issue is to track release progress for the connector.

According to checklist (need to be created and attached):

• MLP improvements:

  • Document any stream or feature not supported by Airbyte but supported by Fivetran or Stitch

  • Source Bing Ads: change account id field name  #9972

  • Source Bing Ads: remove the user_id parameter from spec.json #12490
  • Source Bing Ads: should have at least 90% unit test coverage (currently 64%) #12925

• Label connector as Beta in cloud:

  • 🎉 Source Bing Ads: label Bing Ads as beta in the UI #12939

The #12490 requires additional development and will take couple of days. As far as this should be an enhancement, let's move this issue for GA certification for Source Bing Ads. WDYT?
