As part of #22485 a seed file gets introduced that specifies the CDK and base image version that should be used for the connector builder server and the webapp build as well, making the airbyte-connector-builder-server/CDK_VERSION file unnecessary

Acceptance criteria

  • connector builder server uses airbyte-config/init/src/main/resources/seed/declarative_source_definition.yaml to determine the target CDK version
  • webapp uses airbyte-config/init/src/main/resources/seed/declarative_source_definition.yaml to determine the target CDK version
  • connector builder server and webapp builds are triggered in CI if airbyte-config/init/src/main/resources/seed/declarative_source_definition.yaml changes
