Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve

When running in Kubernetes, Airbyte should error out if logging to cloud storage isn't configured properly.

Describe the solution you’d like

Airbyte Kubernetes should clearly and loudly error out if at least one Cloud Storage is not configured.
