Fix error when getting incremental sync in CDC mode

What

CDC sync not finishing for MySql: #24191

How

Add corrupted exception to the list of exception to skip, so the sync can finish even when there are issues reading the offset file.

@sergio-ropero I attempted to have the user I was working with retry his sync. He attempted to recreate the connection from scratch, but is now receiving the error below. Could this be because of this rollback?
