What

This PR adds the tag and tag_objects streams to the connector, closes https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte-internal-issues/issues/9622

How

Added the streams via the builder as per API doc reqs, and exported manifest to file

Users will be able to sync the tags and tag_objects endpoint of the API connector
