在文档“BoAT user guide”中，关于python tools英文从句的表述，不是太地道。

在BoAT IoT Framework SDK architecture小节
把“provides a set of Python tools, that be used to generate C language contract”
修改成“provides a set of Python tools, which are used to generate C language contract”
是否更好？
