- Seperated writer & index => most of the indices do not need to know the key accessor - Should not affect performance

It has been an unnecessary restriction of limiting multiple keys per element to non-unique indices. This resolves it by enabling multi-key support on all index types: i.e. a unique index can have multiple keys for the same element, as long as the key list is distinct and non-overlapping for all other elements.
