What are the recommended specs to run an Akash node, provider, validator, etc.

Example:
2/4 cpus (cpus you can take as a normal aws/gcloud will use)
32/64 gb ram
1Tb + storage
high speed internet connection

The validator / node is sort of its own thing.

For the provider, it's pretty small. Almost un-noticeable at this time. I'm not sure we've even thought about minimum specs at this time, @boz ?

The provider daemon itself is unnoticeable, but we should probably define some minimum requirements for running a real provider+cluster. I've seen the question asked a lot.
