When we launch the new version we would like to have an option on the site for users to give us feedback. Both about the site itself and about requests etc.

We could look at an existing solution for this such as kampyle.com or we could introduce a simple web form that we handle the visual and implementation of ourselves (depending on the effort level required).

Feedback given should be fed into the support queue - either by forwarding the message to support@akvo.org that would place this one tender, or via another appropriate method.
