All projects on Akvo Pages map

We've been getting feedback on the maps not showing all projects, especially for Akvo Pages (some that don't have more than 100 projects).

For these cases, we can create a new option for Akvo Pages to show all projects on a map. However, the performance of these Akvo Pages should be closely monitored.

Test plan

GIVEN the Akvo Page admin
WHEN viewing an Akvo Page instance
THEN a new setting should be present to 'show all projects, organisations and updates on the map'

GIVEN an Akvo Page
WHEN this setting is checked
THEN the maps on the projects, updates and organisations listing pages should show all pins
