We need to create a resource in the API to provide the details that are currently displayed on the homepage:

This needs to be made available to Kominski for pulling these figures into the new Homepage redesign on Wordpress.

Add right_now_in_akvo() in utils to be used for the Right now in Akvo
box on the home page and the API resource right_now_in_akvo.

Edit the index view to use right_now_in_akvo() for the data that
goes into the Right now in Akvo box

Edit the index.html template to use the context fields from
right_now_in_akvo()

RightNowInAkvoResource returns the data needed for the Right now in
Akvo box on the RSR home page.

This has been written, but it needs to be deployed at the same time as the New Wordpress Homepage, so we may need to move on this one this week.

@peeb / @zzgvh I am closing this issue as I believe this code went into the 2.1.5 Release.

If that is not the case, please reopen this as the new WP Homepage will not work without it.
