  • Partners who are tagged as Support partners in the admin, should not appear in this list (http://akvo.org/rsr/organisations/support/) if projects are unpublished or if they don't have any projects. Some partners are shown, but not linked to any (published) project
  • for example see screenshot: INPUD and ITPC don't have any projects online
    screen shot 2013-06-24 at 15 06 03
  • This is the same with completed, cancelled and archived projects --> partner who are tagged as support partner in these projects, should not appear in the list.
  • Support partner list now shows 105 support partners, while more than half of them are no paying partners. Problem is that local organisations are referred to this list if they want their project to be published in RSR. See screenshot 'Process to become a field partner' and http://akvo.org/web/partner_rules

  • We should add some rules to the display of partners to only show them in the listing (for any partner type) if they have published projects in RSR.
  • This should exclude Projects that are published by in the state of Archived.

Now implemented as stated above by @adriancollier, however this does not fix this part of the issue (therefore we would need to filter on account type, paying or not):

"Support partner list now shows 105 support partners, while more than half of them are no paying partners."

Test plan

GIVEN the organisations support partner list page
WHEN the page is loaded
THEN only support partners with published projects should be shown
