Create a (working) 500 page with a message like:

Oops something went wrong. We have been notified and will take action asap. Please check in later or contact us at xyz. RSR team

Test plan

  1. Disable debugging mode
  2. Force 500 error (such as a TypeError in a view)
  3. Ensure the custom error page is displayed
