Gallery error on Akvo Pages

I've seen this before, but I thought it was resolved. Apparently the error only happens when using Chrome, but the Gallery is not available for some users on Pages:

@adriancollier The gallery on Pages seems to work fine for me in Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Any clue as to when this would occur?

Still cannot replicate directly, but I have received the following information from Winona:

I am using Chrome Version 34.0.1847.131, and it does not happen in Firefox, so I know it’s a Chrome issue. I also use Mac Mavericks OS 10.9.2.

I see it sometimes… The page shows no photo, just blank white in that space, then in about 10 seconds or so it shows the red error. I wonder why there is that delay?

Still can't replicate the issue either, but one website suggested loading the CSS in the head (as mentioned as an optimisation here; http://galleria.io/docs/references/optimize/#include-your-theme-in-the-head), so will try that and see if the problem persists.

If the galleria files are loaded in the head, shouldn't they be removed from somewhere too?

Hm, tried removing it on the page itself, but then it always breaks, so that doesn't work :(.. And also still can't reproduce the error on my laptop, but Anna-Marthe has the same problem for one project on hers. Maybe we can try to merge the current PR and see if it works on her laptop?

After the moving of stuff to /static the galleria is not happy:

Screen shot is from FF30 but I see the same error in Safari and Chrome too.

OK, so as decided this issue should not be included within the current milestone as we are not sure if the fix is needed or not. Let's pick this up in the next release https://github.com/akvo/akvo-rsr/issues?milestone=27&state=open

Had to update the location of the CSS and JS files after the Django upgrade, that's probably why it didn't work last time.. Seems to work now, even though, as before, I still can't replicate the error 😬

Test plan

Hard to test. I can't replicate the behaviour since it seems to differ per computer.
