At the moment the Activity ID is generated from information contained within the Partnership record, however the data present for our organisations is not consistent so we have some changes to make to correct this to ensure the right information is being included.
The IATI Activity ID for the project being reported should be entered into the field rsr_partnership.iati_activity for the Support Partner.
Unless this ID already exists, then this should be generated by taking the IATI Org ID of the partner and affixing the Project ID.
E.g. Aqua for All and project 12345: NL-KVK-27248417-12345
Additional IDs that are entered into other partnerships, then these should be added as related activities.

New rules for generating the IATI activity ID:
1. Look whether the activity ID is filled in for the partnership of the support partner
2. If not, generate the activity ID based on the organisation ID + the Akvo project ID
Also, the related activity ID's are added as such, either from other partnerships or from the 'related activity id' field on partnership level.
