Not perfect, but better than before. Needs either better CSS knowledge or a much larger refactoring (probably both) to make it look really good.

Fix the padding of the form. The buttons and form fields aren't perfectly aligned, the final layout differs between different browsers, but I'm not the one to make it perfect 😏
