@alanshaw: I removed the patch for the header for low resolutions. I still believe we should show it for >=435px but I'll leave this to you. Let me know if you still want me to remove the footer and header change too, but since you use one header and footer it makes sense to me at least. |
Make node.js 0.11 not error out the whole process. If/when 0.11 final is out this should be removed.
