BAZELISK_HOMEis set to~/.bazeliskrcwhich won't be supported until bazelbuild/bazelisk#587 gets merged. Using a fork in the meantime.BAZEL_NOJDKand custom config in.bazelrcfor--server_javabaseaims to increase personal knowledge / reference and get closer to a corporate environment that may use other distribution such as Oracle JDK.Also updating lockfile to not get stale.
