Arrested:wsa turned off

hi i have problem.
when i want open wsa packman it say:
Arrested wsa turned off
and when i want to click (turn on) it doesn't work

Hi Alesimula I read your issue and for fix this issue make sure your windows 10 Is updated to 22H2 (1904.2360)

I am on latest win10 build. same problem. WSA PM says "arrested". please advise.
