The main feature in this release is multi-format support. Now, instead of declaring one set of extensions and converter binary, you can specify as many as you want.

This release is mainly bug fixes. It also pegs dependencies at versions that are known to work.

MarkupServe has been pretty stable for the past year, and development has pretty much stopped. With that, it seems reasonable to bump its version to 1.0 and call it done.
