Algorand Coding Challenge Submission
What was the bug?
The Local State and Global State variables which are self.count and self.counters were not initialized properly.
How did you fix the bug?
Initialized both the count Local State and the counters Global State variables in the contract constructor. In addition, initialized the counters global state variable with a default value of UInt64(0).
