Description

PR templates do not work at all.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to algorithm archive
2. Create PR
3. No template will be provided.

Expected behavior

A template is provided

Additional context

The problem here is that we have too many PR templates
One solution is to unify all the potential PR templates, which should work

For Algorithm Archive Developers

• The bug can be reproduced
• The bug can be fixed (if not, please explain why not in a comment below)
• There is a timeline to fix the bug
• The bug has been fixed (Please link the PR)

So this is two years later, and we still can't have a template selector like there is for issues. No idea if it'll happen soon, but this forum doesn't make it look like it's gonna happen soon: https://github.saobby.my.eu.orgmunity/t/is-there-a-pull-request-template-selector-similar-to-issues/171838/9.

The way I see it there are two solutions:

Have one template for all cases (which is I think the original purpose of the issue?)

Or keep the template and add a default one (which could point to the other ones?). We can have URL based PRs on the website, and in the Discord information channels somewhere.
