Add metrics for remaining HTTP/RPC/DB framework

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We've supported metrics for some HTTP/RPC/DB framework including: nethttp, grpc and etc.
And we need to support other remaining HTTP/RPC/DB framework

• elasticsearch
• fiberv2
• mongo

Describe the solution you'd like

1. add metrics operation listener in instrumenter
   
2. add metrics test according to https://github.com/alibaba/opentelemetry-go-auto-instrumentation/blob/main/docs/how-to-write-tests-for-plugins.md, you can refer to https://github.com/alibaba/opentelemetry-go-auto-instrumentation/blob/main/test/nethttp/test_http_metrics.go
