During panademic Student Communities are conducting online webinars and making our community strong. It is much time consuming to create the certificates for participants. So i created this app to automate this process. It is easy to use and simple and saves tons of hardwork.
- Free and Open Source
- Easy to use
- Saves tons of time
- Generate mass certificates with flexible GUI
You can download installer.
After you have successfully installed the app you can follow the following steps to generate certificates from csv files.
Csv file is a file in which column values are separated by commas. Usually at the end of webinar we make attendees fill out a Google Form if you don't know how to create a Google Form then you can watch or read it here..
Now you need to give heading to each column of csv file these headings will be used as labels to arrange text on template. Save changes in csv file.
After successfully Intalling app, Run app.
Click on Choose Output Folder and browse to the folder where you want all your generated certificates.
Load the template in png, jpeg, jpg or pdf format. PDF format is discouraged because it decreases the fixels of output certificates. Generally certificate templates are in .doc file but we can easily convert it to image format. You can use any tool online like.
Load the csv file by clicking on load Data.
Loading this file will create dragable labels of text same as headings in csv file. Drag these labels to correct locations in template file where you want the text to be printed. These labels appear on top left corner of picture by default, drag them to your desired location.
Choose output format of generated certificates, generally it is pdf. But it depends on your requirement.
Click on create certificates and process will begin all certificates will be created with the text on specified location on template. Out put files are by default saved by numbering 1,2,3.... and so on. but you can also choose any column as output name in this case corresponding column value for each row will be used as file name. But be aware !! donot choose a column which is not unique otherwise it can result in unknown behavior.
