The terminal menu is activated with the `terminal-menu` feature. Since the terminal menu is more friendly its the defualt for now.
Update the readme with the new feature and the change in the rom-menu command (from --rom_menu to --rom-menu to be consistent with the rest of the commands)

The menu is accessible through the menu button features: * Includes a new menu with resume, reset, and shutdown options * Add a runtime flag to shutdown the RPi upon shutdown * With rom-menu option reset will trigger the rom menu again, and on regular game reset will reset the game
