Needs #72.

  • Add inner attributes to File
    • Parse #[sol(...)] attributes, maybe #![sol(include = "path/to/abi.json")]
  • Parse included JSON string as dynamic JSON ABI
  • Generate a Solidity interface string
  • Parse Solidity interface string into a TokenStream, and call sol
