Similarity index visualization tool
This is a webtool written using, perl, R, javascript, and php that allow you to see how corrilated the data in your data set are. It currently supports the following indexes: Pearson Simpson Hypergeometric Cosine Geometric
The site supports uploads in the form of a matrix and a list. It was develpoed on a machine running Solaris.
