What

alphagov/govuk-frontend#2048 adds new govuk-table__caption--s, govuk-table__caption--m, govuk-table__caption--l and govuk-table__caption--xl classes.

Add guidance and examples for using them to the tables component in the Design System

Why

So that users know how to use them correctly.
