New features: sort, expand/collapse, column size #4

Hi there and Servus 🙂,

We contributed in the past some modifs to one of your plugins: alphanodes/additional_tags#26.

We will fork this project and add the following features:

sort: first of all, have tasks w/ subtasks first. And then "single" tasks" last. Like the dir/file model
sort: after the above mechanism is applied, possibility to specify a list of custom sort fields
possibility to specify "min-width" for some columns. To avoid this effect:
expand/collapse of tasks. Persisted in a new DB field.

When we finish, we'll submit a PR.
