Description
The wheel event doesn't propagate when scrolling on top of the navigations or the arrows.
Link to isolated reproduction with no external CSS / JS
On the fullpage.js examples one can notice scrolling over those elements will cause the parent page to scroll too.
This is because the wheel event can't be prevented as it's not propagated to the section/slide.
Versions
All browsers & fullpage.js 4.0.25
