Caution

At the moment only the create_order webhook is supported

Webhooks are notifications that are triggered at certain events to a pre-configured URL. Events triggered in WooCommerce can directly notify your ERP to perform close-to-real-time syncing

  • Supported Webhooks URLs are visible in the WooCommerce Setup form.

  • You can click on Generate Secret to generate a webhook secret that you must set in your WooCommerce webshop configuration.

Now that webhooks are setup in your ERP, here is a resource on how to setup webhooks in WooCommerce

Note

The use of webhooks or periodical syncing should be a decision based on the volume of WooCommerce orders and your business use case.
