#36 Added about us section

Fixes Issue

This PR fixes the following issues:

Added About Us section in the home page with dummy (relevant) contents and responsive UI, as per issue #36

Added about us section with 3 sub-sections- Welcome, Key takeaways and top services.

Added relevant contents.

Made responsive UI.
