This PR implements the
ContactPhaseList::getPresentPhase()method. The implementation is higly inspired byContactList::getPresentContact()https://github.com/dic-iit/bipedal-locomotion-framework/blob/d847912014baa5e4348d7b74965601afdaa63c2a/src/Contacts/src/ContactList.cpp#L211-L223
I also updated the test adding the new feature.
