Create a CI workflow with the sample projects to validate Pull Requests

Each new version of our custom GitHub Actions could introduce breaking changes, so should be checked during the integration process.

Thanks to the sample projects (see #35), we should add a dedicated CI workflow on each Pull Request, to check if the sample projects can be built with the Actions from the source branch.
