WIP Pending documentation and validation PRs

Summary

Launch amp-next-page version 1.0 which implements true infinite scrolling (removes restriction on the number of articles), remote loading of configuration, better handling of fixed/sticky elements, support for amp-analytics, smaller extension size, templated separator and recommendations boxes, etc (see design document)
