Upcoming

Loss of 3p cookie mitigation. amp-subscriptions and amp-access will work without 3p cookies if the READERID is used to meter or grant entitlements. We need to more strongly document this in light of browser changes to 3p cookies.

Improve ease of implementation and document use of amp-subscriptions-google in multi step flows (meter -> registration wall -> meter -> paywall)
