Developer Tooling

• 4x faster minified builds (gulp dist) with Closure compiler + nailgun

  Running time improvements

  • Linux: ~7 minutes → ~2.6 minutes
  • Macbook pro: ~13 minutes → ~3.5 minutes
  • Travis CI: ~35 minutes → ~8.2 minutes

• Automatic code styling with Prettier

• Upgraded gulp to v4

• Upgraded Closure compiler from v20171112 to v20190301
