Closes #83

  • During downloads, files are now uniquely named with sequential numbers, preventing overwrites.
  • Resolved an issue that was hindering the functionality of "Useful Sites" / "E-Resources" within the Central Library section.
  • Eliminated the "Study Materials" section, which had not been maintained for a long time.
  • Removed the non-functional link to "Support."
