…ess.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=0873A000000cMdrQAE). This adds a step for querying Picklist FieldDefinitions which are added as custom fields to the manifest. For API versions >= 38.0 those custom fields are additionally mapped to Standard Value Sets. This does not include Standard Value Sets for AddressCountryCode and AddressStateCode which could not be retrieved in my tests.
