Reason: Note [there is vulnerability CVE-2022-21797](https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2022-21797) when using joblib < 1.2.0

I searched throughout the Internet how to circumvent this but to no avail. Please fix the joblib issue. ASAP.
