Added an additional arg to allow optional cleaning of the source directory. In my case I was taking years of mixed managed photos and dumping that mess into a single directory. Allowing the removal of empty directories helped me sort out the photos that had issues.
Also wrapped the creation of directories in a try to handle errors better. I've been using this since my initial change and not had any more issues. I honestly forgot I even made this change and stumbled on it, then made the PR if you are interested in the change.
